Today will bring some bright or sunny spells and while there'll be a lot of dry weather, there'll be occasional showers too, these mainly in western parts in the morning, but spreading further eastwards for the afternoon and evening. Some of the showers will be on the heavy side. Highest temperatures of 16 to 19 degrees in mostly moderate southwest winds, a little fresher in western coastal parts.


It will be mainly dry tonight in many parts with clear spells; but there'll be further scattered showers too; these mainly in western parts. Lowest temperatures of 11 to 13 degrees in light to moderate southwest breezes.


Some bright or sunny spells at first on Thursday; but turning increasingly cloudy as showers or longer spells of rain spread from the west through the morning and afternoon, becoming heavy in places. Highest temperatures of 15 to 18 degrees in mostly moderate south to southwest winds.
